Pls accept my apologies as I am unable to attend the meeting tonight.
I regularly use the Wonthaggi Pool and it does function, so I do not understand why we don't focus on building a new centre on Phillip Island first and then upgrade Wonthaggi?
Good luck, and here's hoping us Islanders will not have to wait decades before this much-needed aquatic centre is finally functioning.
