Last week Peter McMahon (Secretary) and Don Turner (President) re-presented to the current council, a presentation given to council in 2015. This is in relation to the site of the future Phillip Island Aquatic Centre and a response to the surprising decision by the current council to not build the centre net to the new medical hub as was intended.
